For the King II is the second installment of the roguelike production series launched in 2018, enriched with a combat system inspired by turn-based strategies and classic JRPGs. The title was developed by the authors of the prototype, which is an independent studio IronOak Games, and its release was handled by Curve Games.

For the King II PC Download takes us on a journey to the land of Fahrul known from the first part of the series. The queen, who once had to control the chaos that broke out on her estates after the death of the King, now rules with a hard hand. Its guards stand literally around every corner, seeing in all citizens potential bandits. During the gameplay, we take control of a team of heroes who decide to put an end to the rule of a fanatical ruler.

In For the King II PC Download, we see the action in isometric view. During the game, we lead a team into battle, whose members can represent a variety of professions – from Warriors, through Archers, ending with magicians. Heroes travel through a vast land, moving in turn-based mode on a map covered with a grid of hexagonal fields. In turn-based mode, there are also clashes with opponents, which are waiting to be defeated in Fahrul the whole mass. To win, we must not only properly deploy heroes on the battlefield and make good use of their abilities, but also equip them with the best equipment possible. More and more powerful items, led by weapons and armor, are found on the mourners of defeated enemies or even in chests, which are full, especially in the dungeons we visit.

The world of Fahrul is generated procedurally, and with it-locations to visit, tasks to perform and adventures waiting for us. Interestingly, although death is permanent, over time we unlock more and more items that stay with our team permanently. As a result, we start each game a little stronger than before.
