Shadows of Doubt PC Download is set in an alternative version of the 1980s. the last century, where the level of industrialization is much higher than in reality. The action takes place in a gloomy metropolis where the authorities have privatized the police, transferring its duties to corporations and individual contractors.

The player takes on the role of one of these private detectives. He saw a high reward for catching a serial killer who had been terrorizing the city for some time. As he investigates, he discovers many other secrets.

Shadows of Doubt combines elements of detective adventure and stealth. We observe events from a first-person perspective. During the game, we explore the city, break into closed rooms, sneak into places where you can not get in the normal way, conduct conversations and collect evidence.

The city has an open structure and the game recreates it in its entirety. All buildings and every room can be freely explored. In addition, the population of the metropolis is ruled by advanced artificial intelligence modules. Each resident has their own needs, friends, favorite places and schedule of activities every day, and we need to adjust our investigation to this. For example, breaking into someone’s home is best planned when the owner is at work.
