Phasmophobia is an unusual survival horror, which was created with the idea of co-op mode and virtual reality. In this production we play as a team hunting ghosts in a haunted place. The title was developed and released by the independent studio kinetic games and is his debut project.

Phasmophobia PC Download – Review:

In phasmophobia we observe the action from a first-person perspective. The fun is to explore haunted places and collect evidence of the existence of ghosts. We use special equipment for this purpose, such as electromagnetic field meters, CTTV cameras or motion detectors.

It is worth noting that the longer we are in a given location, the more dangerous it becomes. In the game you can find more than ten unique types of ghosts-each of them has unique features, so that subsequent investigations noticeably differ from each other.

Interestingly, the game also uses a speech detection feature that allows us to sometimes interact with ghosts using our own voice.

Game modes and VR

In phasmophobia we can play alone or with others. The title features a single player mode, but the fun only turns red in a four-player, online co-op.

The production offers cross-platform features-it allows users who use VR goggles to play together and people who play traditionally, on a regular stove.

Phasmophobia PC Download offers a decent, three-dimensional graphic. As in most productions created with virtual reality in mind, the graphics do not impress with the level of technology, but well captures the atmosphere of horror. In addition, the fact that we often move in the dark masks some of the shortcomings of the game. Also worth noting is the minimalistic interface, thanks to which nothing interferes with the immersion of the player.
