The plot of Grim Dawn throws the player into the thick of the dark, war-scattered cores. This once proud Empire was brought to a fall as a result of the struggle between two powerful forces. Although each of them is guided by different goals, the competition between them was deadly for the human race, which was on the verge of extinction. The basis of the conflict between the invaders was the struggle for human bodies, which for one of the parties are the resources to grow in strength. Game Mechanics
