Digimon Survive is a strategy RPG with elements of survival, point’n’click adventure and visual novel, set in the universe of the popular Japanese brand. The game was developed by Hyde and released by Bandai Namco.

Digimon Survive Download PC – Review:

The hero of Digimon Survive Download PC is Takuma Momotsuka, an eighth-grade student who, during a camping trip, accidentally moves to another, digital universe. He quickly lands on one of the eponymous digimons and together they go on an expedition in order to find a way to return to the real world.

Digimon Survive combines a formula of strategic RPGs with mechanics familiar from other genres. During the game, we explore locations in search of hidden objects that will allow you to move the action forward. The story itself and the conversations between the characters are presented in the form of static boards derived from visual novel titles. Importantly, the development of the plot depends on the decisions made by the player. Choices also influence the available evolutions of the creatures that accompany us.

Battles take place on the boards divided into fields and use a turn-based system. Every action-including evolution-requires the consumption of a certain number of energy points, so proper management of its resources is the key to victory.

As in the gameplay, and in the visual setting Digimon Survive Download PC combines different elements. In the course of exploration and combat, the game uses high-quality three-dimensional graphics. In contrast, the story events and conversations are presented in 2D. the whole is based on aesthetics reminiscent of Japanese animation.
