The day before is a survival MMO game with an open world. The production was developed by studio Fntastic, which has in its portfolio multiplayer shooter Dead Dozen, and its release was handled by MyTona.

The Day Before takes us on a journey into a postapocalyptic world whose population has been decimated by a mysterious disease that turns humans into bloodthirsty monsters. Those who have survived try to unite in the colonies or travel around, fighting for survival every day and competing with each other for basic goods. During the game, we play as one of the survivors, who is looking for answers to questions about the state of the world and takes part in its slow recovery.

In The Day Before PC Downoad, the action was shown from a third-person perspective (TPP). The creators give us a vast territory, where we will find both a big city, and wild ostępy or military outpost. The game world we travel on foot or behind the wheel of a car; the latter is complicated by the fact that cars need to operate gasoline, which is a scarce commodity.

During exploration, we must constantly be on our guard, because at any moment we can stumble upon hostile players. If we fight them, the sound of gunfire can attract the attention of hordes of living corpses, which are not easy to defeat because of their speed, ferocity and numbers. In addition, the wounds suffered can make our character bleed out, so it is always worth to have bandages with you.

And if we are talking about useful equipment-during the game an important role is played by the accumulation of supplies; on the doorstep of the protagonist there are all kinds of weapons (led by firearms, such as pistols or shotguns), clothes, as well as food. Surplus accumulated goods or unnecessary items can be sold in the colonies of the survivors, and the funds obtained in this way can be used to purchase more necessary things.
