Suicide Squad Kill the Justice League combines the features of an action adventure game and TPP shooter in an open world and places a strong emphasis on network co-operation. The experienced studio Rocksteady, the creators of The Batman: Arkham series, is responsible for creating the production. The game is based on the eponymous comics in the DC Comics universe.

Suicide Squad Kill the Justice League takes place in the same universe as The Batman: Arkham series, forming part of the so-called Arkhamverse. The game continues plot threads from previous Rocksteady Studios productions. The action scene, however, takes players not to dark Gotham, but to The New York-based Metropolis, a wealthy city inhabited by Superman.

The game’s main characters are Harley Quinn, Deadshot, Captain Boomerang, and King Shark, who were implanted with deadly explosives in their heads and under duress joined the infamous Task Force X, also known as the suicide Legion, led by Amanda Waller. They must embark on an arcane mission to save Earth and kill the Justice League’s greatest superheroes. In the storyline, which is character-driven, an important role is played by the evil Superman, who finds himself targeted by a legion of suicide bombers.

The gameplay in Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is a combination of studio Rocksteady’s classic action game and co-op shooter, so we spend a lot of time exploring the open world, wreaking havoc in Metropolis, and taking out opponents.

The game features four playable characters: Harley Quinn, Deadshot, Captain Boomerang, and King Shark. Each has a different set of special skills, gadgets and weapons, a fighting style and a way of moving around the city. For example, Captain Boomerang can teleport for short distances, and Deadshot uses a jetpack not only to fly, but also to set opponents on fire.
