Kingdom Come: Deliverance is a PC, first person action RPG set in the historical realities of medieval central Europe. For the creation of the game is responsible for the independent Czech studio Warhorse, which included m.in. authors of the popular Mafia, original war strategy or UFO trilogy published in 2003-2007. During the development of their debut title, developers from across our southern border drew inspiration from a number of iconic items in their genre, as a result of which in terms of mechanics and openness of the world, their production is somewhat reminiscent of such titles as The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim or the Mount & Blade series.

The plot of the game was set in central Europe at the beginning of the 15th century. The proper action begins in 1403, a dozen years before the bloody Hussite Wars, which shook not only the Czech Republic, but also the kingdom of Germany or Poland, ruled in those days by Władysław jagiełła.

In Kingdom Come Deliverance Download for PC, we take the form of a blacksmith’s son, a young man named Henry. When one day his village is razed to the ground by the Rolling armies of the enemy, the protagonist vows to fulfill his father’s last will and take revenge on the perpetrators of the assault. Driven by a desire for revenge, Henry quickly becomes entangled in a great policy and a network of intrigues, which, as a result, will put before him the much more difficult task of saving the rightful ruler of his country and restoring order in the state. This goal will take our hero a good few years, during which he will visit different parts of central Europe and take part in a whole series of historical events and authentic battles.

Kingdom Come Deliverance Download for PC, takes place in the vast, open world of medieval central Europe. The mechanics of the game itself do not differ significantly from most modern action RPGs, so during the gameplay, viewed from a first-person perspective, we come to fight, talk with independent characters, develop skills, dabble in crafts and take care of their equipment, as well as perform various main and side tasks with considerable freedom of execution, and thus non-linear plot development. In the course of the game, our hero is also joined by various comrades, for some time supporting him with their skills in combat and performing tasks.

Unlike most games of this genre, which are mostly based on fantasy conventions, Kingdom Come: Deliverance is set in historical realities. Thus, during the gameplay we do not encounter any monsters or magical objects, and a faithful representation of the era is put forward, which is also reflected m.in. in the system of development of the hero. The game lacked a typical class system, and our protagonist-described by four basic coefficients – can develop in different directions, using for example. the skills of a warrior, a bard or a thief. Henryk improves his skills by performing related activities, and in addition, he can speed up this process by reading the appropriate books or paying for lessons with teachers.
