Bramble The Mountain King is an action adventure game with platformer elements. It is set in a dark fairy tale world inspired by Nordic folklore, inhabited by numerous magical creatures-from friendly little Nomes to big and dangerous trolls. The title was developed by a small independent studio Dimfrost, which also has a VR game-a Writer and His Daughter, and published by Merge Games.

Two siblings sneak out of the house at night to play in the woods – but something goes wrong and they accidentally get into the mysterious world Bramble, in which children are so small that they fit in the palm of your hand. Strange creatures inhabit it – not all friendships are set, and one of them, a troll, kidnaps Ollie’s older sister. We take on the role of a boy and embark on a journey through a dangerous land to save the girl.

Bramble The Mountain King PC Download uses different forms of gameplay and shows the action from different camera shots depending on the situation. Most often, however, it takes the form of a 2.5 D platformer, in which Arcade sequences intertwine with logical puzzles.

During the journey, we meet many creatures, some of them help us to reach our destination, others need our support, but there are also monsters that depend on our lives, from which we must hide and run – or stand with them to fight. In the corners of the site are hidden collectibles referring to Nordic folklore, and sometimes we can come across pictorial stories and legends about the creatures we meet.
